The price you pay each month will consist of the Base Charge, Energy Charge, and TDU Delivery Charges. TDU Delivery Charges include all recurring charges from your TDU passed through to you without mark-up.
Each month your bill will also include (i) all applicable taxes, including sales tax and reimbursement for the state miscellaneous gross receipts tax, (ii) TDU fees for underground service (if applicable at your location), (iii) facility relocation fees or other charges ordered by a municipality. See your TDU’s tariff for a list of cities and authorized charges. The average prices listed above do not include any of the charges listed in (i), (ii) or (iii).
